Bobby has been a longtime co-head coach at Emerald Ridge high school for about 12 years! He has led the Jaguars to (4) League Championships, and is a (3X) SPSL Playoff Tournament Champion! He has guided his high school program to (9) District Tournaments and his teams have finished Top 3 six times. Under his leadership, the Emerald Ridge volleyball program has qualified for the WIAA 4A State Tournament six times, finishing 3rd twice and reaching the State Championship match twice! He is a (2X) All-State Coach, and (2X) SPSL Coach of the Year!

Bobby is also a longtime head coach at Puget Sound. He has coached many successful PSVBA teams and so far has earned 6 bids to the Junior National Championships (4-National Bids, 2-American Bids). A few of his club coaching highlights include: Multiple PSR Championships (U17, U18), Matt Hartner Memorial Championship (U18 Open), Pacific Northwest Qualifier Championship (U17 American), and Las Vegas Classic Championship Finalist (U18 Open).
